We are currently seeking a financial system professional with a background in enterprise planning & forecasting systems, to join the Global Financial Systems team. In support of Mission 2020 and the promotion of shareholder value, this individual will strive to achieve administrative excellence by ensuring financial systems deliver data to both internal and external users timely & accurately, while also, ensuring related internal IT controls are designed and operating effectively. Ideal candidates are output-focused, goal-oriented, proactive, diligent, organized, flexible and eager to take on new challenges. To be successful in this role, candidates must show an ability to develop and lead a 97th percentile elite financial systems and reporting infrastructure (80/20) and efficiently deploy resources to constantly innovate and achieve more output (30/30), while holding him/herself and others accountable to a rigorous performance standard (90/10).

What You’ll Be Doing

Core Mission 80’s

  • Work with Internal customers from the finance & accounting functions to define reporting requirements and design solutions (reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPI’s) to meet those requirements using the TM1 enterprise platform.
  • Work with internal customers to develop KPI’s, metrics, dashboards and scorecards to help improve the overall performance of the business.
  • Build new planning and analysis models (data cubes) based on the requirements of the Solera businesses and Corporate functions.
  • Maintain and support existing reporting, planning & budgeting models in the TM1 platform.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the planning & forecasting process using the TM1 platform.

Core Mission 20’s

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of forecast & budget data.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance & administration (access control, change control) of the COGNOS and TM1 environments.
  • Provide end user support & training to COGNOS & TM1 users.
  • Ensure compliance with all Enterprise IT General Controls.


Are You Qualified?

  • BS degree in Information Systems or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to be detail oriented. Strong interest in technical US GAAP, including a solid foundation in accounting analysis and ability to read and understand US GAAP guidance.
  • Strong initiative and desire to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent time and project management skills. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Highly motivated and organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify areas of risk and inefficiency, and determine process improvement opportunities to address such risk and inefficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels within the Company.
  • Prior experience using the IBM COGNOS Controller consolidation platform.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience using COGNOS TM1 enterprise planning software to build financial models, dashboards & scorecards.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in AGILE project management and software implementation
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing 1st and 2nd level end user support.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience as a financial systems analyst within a global organization.
  • Prior experience with the implementation and deployment of enterprise forecasting and planning solutions.
  • Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Ability to sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard; and,
  • Must be flexible to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc., as necessary; and,
  • All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.
  • Ability to remain alert and focused during the work day.
