HRIS Analyst - Workday

We’re on the hunt for an experienced HRIS Analyst who ranks in the top 2% among their peers. We’re looking for a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. The primary focus (mission) of the HRIS Analyst is to lead & drive HRIS initiatives which impact the North America Human Resources (NA HR) function.

Position 80s

  • Work with field HR to identify ways to automate current manual processes via our current HRIS platforms (i.e., building workflows);
  • Assess ways to reduce waste (30/30) by launching new automated modules via our current HRIS platforms (Performance Management, Position Management, etc.);
  • Provide HRIS knowledge and expertise to develop business/technical requirements definition for system configurations and/or enhancements;
  • Respond to escalated matters on our core applications that need to be addressed immediately (in the one);
  • Continually build knowledge documents for all supported applications to ensure sustainability;
  • Ensures HRIS audits are being completed in a timely fashion while at the same time escalating discrepancies;
  • Prepare standard and ad/hoc reporting to client base;
  • Conduct data analysis as requested;
  • Ensuring we are “Doing It Right” with testing and implementing HRIS controls;
  • Must be flexible to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc., as necessary; and,
  • All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required;
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience HRIS field required;
  • Prefer candidates with experience in Workday, UltiPro, & iCIMS;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically: Excel, Word and Power Point;
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues;
  • High ethical standards regarding the handling of sensitive and confidential information;
  • Strong problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills— can communicate clearly and effectively, verbally, in writing, and by electronic communications with both internal and external clients;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, to work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard; and,
  • Ability to remain alert and focused during the work day.
