This role is based in Roanoke, TX, providing technical support for senior leaders located within the DFW metroplex.  It calls for an individual that’s very highly motivated, able to manage multiple and competing priorities and able to remain calm under pressure.  The role encompasses all activities and technologies related to a leading-edge enterprise office environment, but with a strong focus on security, systems administration, including Active Directory, Office365, Azure AD, Skype for Business (S4B), Microsoft Teams and other cloud technologies. Experience with Azure Active Directory is a must. The majority of end-user devices are Mac and IOS, so experience in handling and troubleshooting those devices is critical.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Core Mission 80’s
    • White-glove, discreet support f senior leaders in terms of account administration, application troubleshooting, and above all, ensuring a highly-secure environment.
    • Provide deep administration for the following, using a GUI, CLI or PowerShell as appropriate:
      • local DHCP services
      • Office365
      • Knowledge of Identity Federation, SSO, ADFS, AAD
      • Knowledge of SSL certificates
      • Azure Active Directory (MFA, conditional access, Security and Compliance)
      • Mac management via JAMF Pro
    • Exchange Online administration - User backups, litigation hold activities, eDiscovery and other data security-related matters
    • Be completely up-to-date with the latest software (predominantly Microsoft – S4B/Teams, Exchange, Office365, SharePoint Online)
  • Core Mission 20’s
    • Relentlessly look for ways to improve what we do. Challenge the status-quo.
    • Test and qualify new solutions that can improve the security or productivity of the Exec Team
    • Do everything with data security and SOX compliance in mind


   This person needs to have come from a multi-disciplined background, and be able to work at all levels within the company, on any type of IT problem or project.                     Specifically: 

  • Strong and proven experience with executive-level end users
  • Ability to earn trust and build relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; well presented.
  • Creativity and the capacity to innovate.
  • Ability to travel 25% annually.



  • Current administration experience of:
    • Office365 (with SPE E5)
    • Microsoft Cloud App Security
    • Knowledge of Identity Federation, SSO, ADFS, AAD
    • Knowledge of SSL certificates
    • Azure Active Directory
    • Mac management via JAMF Pro
  • Fully conversant with Windows 10
  • Fully conversant with MacOS
  • Fully conversant with IOS
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Ability to build and manage Windows servers (VM and physical)



  • Current or recent administration experience of
    • Intune
    • OpenDNS (Umbrella)
    • Cylance
    • BitDefender
  • Interest in leading-edge home automation/awareness technologies, such as Nest, Sonos, Control4, SmartThings, Amazon Echo
  • Familiarity with LogMeIn, WebEx, Zoom, Box, Slack, Trello
  • Network troubleshooting
