Our team is growing at a rapid rate, which is why we're looking for a passionate and deeply motivated Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a passion to mature great teams delivering innovative products. This role exists within a team that develops global solutions and is part of an ambitious new program to redesign the internal architecture.

Position 80s

Role Responsibilities:

  • A coach and facilitator; critical role in ensuring team building within the Agile squad.
  • Primary objective is to ensure that the scrum team/agile squad is successful.
  • May handle more than 1 agile squad.
  • Driver of the key agile practices within the squad.
  • Helping the team to make decisions. Fostering the development team's self-organisation.
  • Mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features)
  • Ensure team is involved in rough effort estimation
  • Facilitate Squads creation with all skills needed to deliver product
  • Remove impediments
  • Facilitates the Scrum process is understood by all team members before execution
  • Facilitates the Scrum events (Daily's, Refinements, Planning, Review, Retrospective..), facilitating meetings for the team which includes :preparing, moderation, post-processing
  • Giving feedback to the team.
  • Collect all retrospective to improve next project
  • Review and maintain JIRA board input
  • Scrum team resources management
  • Train PO if needed in his/her Role responsibilities: Creating user stories, release organization..
  • Train Scrum Team
  • Get proper metrics to show Scrum Team progress, gaps to resolve, velocity
  • Participate on Agile Community being in contact with rest of Scrum Masters to share best practices

Must Haves:

  • At least 4 years of experience at scrum master
  • In depth knowledge of agile methodology
  • Agile - Scrum Certification
  • High Agile expertice coaching teams (minimum 3 years)
  • A degree in a numerate or scientific subject, or business management, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with structured project management methodologies (e.g.. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lessa¦)
  • Passion and commitment to quality and targets
