Mission

The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for the strategic analytical support on behalf of assigned clientele.  The incumbent will provide recommendations for the delivery of data analysis, performance measurements, and project management to senior executives.

Position 80s

Strategy

  • Create business cases for new programs and program changes
  • Provide strategic support for major program changes, e.g. creative refresh, new media channels, new communications
  • Deliver program recommendations to senior executives
  • Lead, manage and execute against major company initiatives/projects across the functions/businesses

 

Performance measurement and testing

  • Define and manage marketing and business performance scorecards
  • Assess financial performance of marketing programs
  • Create industry benchmarking reports
  • Design, execute, and analyze the results of program tests

 

Data analysis

  • Identify and define data analysis projects to solve business problems
  • Analyze large datasets using Tableau, SQL, Excel, SPSS, Access and OLAP cubes
  • Summarize results from data analysis and present findings to key stakeholders

 

Project management

  • Manage strategy and analytics projects and resources related to enterprise client
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from various internal and external organizations

 

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

 

 

Experience: 

  • 7+ years of combined marketing or strategy experience

  • Microsoft Office products at an advanced level

  • Analyze data using Tableau, Excel, Access, SPSS or SAS

  • Demonstrate skills in strategic analysis, market research, and data modeling
