Solera is seeking a strong leader to work as the Director of Change Management for Global IT.  Reporting to the Global Incident and Change Leader, this leader lead and manage change process and implementation relating to Solera systems and processes. This is a senior role within Solera Global IT and will require international travel and work with a variety of stakeholders across the divisions and regions.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing strategic planning, performance processes and change initiatives in a relevant and complex environment. Balancing strong analytical and team leadership skills, candidates will have experience of working with geographically diverse teams and the ability to communicate at all levels

Mission 80’s

  • Lead the Global ITSM Change Management organization to deliver a process that enables a technology operating environment which is controlled, efficient, effective.
  • Maintain process documentation, reporting/KPIs and ITSM Application Tooling that is consistent with ISO 27001, SOC, Sarbanes Oxley and ITIL V3 best practices. 
  • Coordinate across IT and Software Development teams to create and deliver Dev Ops Continuous Integration/Continuous delivery pipelines with full automated testing and configuration management.

Reponsibilities

 

Leads a team of Change Managers and Release Coordinators responsible for the Global Change Management process in coordination with the IT PMO for product and project governance and program management oversight

  • Facilitate process reviews to drive out, define and agree on user requirements working with key stakeholders including Compliance SME’s, Senior Management, Systems and Operations teams.
  • Ensure robust and effective process is adopted and aligned as appropriate, throughout affected change management areas
  • Review and amend as necessary, those current policies and procedures across all Divisions and jurisdictions to ensure they adhere to Solera Global IT Policy
  • Deliver communication and training to staff when new or significantly amended policies & procedures are launched.

 

Qualifications


Skills / experience requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience of managing large change projects/programmes with significant experience specifically, compliance, risk management preferably in a multi environment area.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organisational planning, resource mobilisation and problem solving
  • Highly experienced in dealing with senior and executive sponsors and rationalising cross line of business priorities.
  • Experience in the Compliance domain, with specific focus on systems and processes relating to ISO27001, Sarbanes Oxley, SOC in a regulatory environment.
  • Strong track record of business transformation/change project/programme delivery in a global and local structure.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems.
  • Strong communication skills – applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
  • Motivated and driven.
