There is an opening for our GD&C offices to be based at Solera offices in Dallas. These role exists within the team that develops global services and solutions and is part of an ambitious new program.

Position 80s

  • Execute the creation of training and documentation needs for the Solera Technical Center
  • Promote continuous improvement of technician’s skills through course curriculum
  • Deliver leading edge training for the automotive and heavy truck industries

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated and administered in compliance with Solera's objectives
  • Work as a team member to create training curriculum specialized in automotive repair
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts to plan and scope requirements for all of the curriculum
  • Insure the launch of all developed curriculum, assist in Train the Trainer activities and initial pilot deliveries
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
  • Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Comply with all Solera safety rules, guidelines and standards

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor degree and significant coursework in education, graphic design, instructional media or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in instructional design or instructional technology support.
  • High level of experience with Graphic Design, Learning Management Systems, eLearning development
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to manage expectations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Expertise in using authoring tools such as Captivate and Storyline to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
  • Ability to be creative, flexible and innovative in course design
  • Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable
  • Valid Passport, able to travel abroad
