There is an opening for our GD&C offices to be based at Solera offices in Dallas. These role exists within the team that develops global services and solutions and is part of an ambitious new program building within the agile concept our future

Position 80s

  • Develop state of the art delivery methods and functions for training
  • Support the Instructors from design to implementation of all training courses at the Solera Technical Center
  • Drive innovation with the highest caliber training content in the automotive and heavy truck industries

  • Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated and administered in compliance with Solera's objectives
  • Work as a team member to create the highest quality training curriculum
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
  • Insure the launch of all developed curriculum, assist in Train the Trainer activities and initial pilot deliveries
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts to plan and scope the development of curriculum
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
  • Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Comply with all Solera safety rules, guidelines and standards


  • Bachelor degree required; preferably in education, graphic design, instructional media or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in instructional design or instructional technology support.
  • Adult learning or training and assessment certificate or equivalent
  • Understanding of instruction design and adult learning principles
  • Photography and Video Production Skills a plus
  • High level of experience with Graphic Design, Learning Management Systems, eLearning design and development
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to manage expectations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Expertise in using authoring tools such as Captivate and Storyline to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
  • Ability to be creative, flexible and innovative in course design
  • Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable
  • Valid Passport, able to travel abroad
