There is an opening for our GD&C offices to be based at Solera offices in Dallas. These role exists within the team that develops global services and solutions and is part of an ambitious new program building within the agile concept our future

Position 80s

  • Accountable for training enrollments, schedules, and rosters
  • Deliver reports on training statistics to highlight trends and patterns
  • Support the operations of the Solera Technical Center

  • Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated and administered in compliance with Solera's objectives
  • Maintain and update Solera LMS/DMS/Share Drive systems
  • Maintain training department enrollments and e-mail addresses
  • Prepare training material and aids for all training classes
  • Monitor technician certificates for attending training
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
  • Order shop consumables and parts for training classes
  • Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Comply with all Solera safety rules, guidelines and standards


  • Bachelor degree preferred, with strong academic record
  • 1+ years' experience in a corporate office setting
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication, wiring and presentation skills
  • Good project management skills and ability to work within strict guidelines 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
  • Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a member of Solera's Technical Center Team
  • Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable
  • Valid Passport, able to travel abroad
