There is an opening for our GD&C offices to be based at Solera offices in Dallas. These role exists within the team that develops global services and solutions and is part of an ambitious new program building within the agile concept our future

  • Support the creation of training and documentation needs for the Solera Technical Center
  • Promote learning with easy to understand training content
  • Deliver cutting edge graphics and illustrations to keep the training courses engaging

  • Provide 2D and 3D illustrations for the Development and Training Teams
  • Able to work with and manipulate different CAD software data to create accurate line drawings and 3D animations assembled into training procedure guides and parts diagrams
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts to plan and scope requirements for all of the curriculum
  • Work directly from photos to create rendered images from concept to production using Adobe Creative Suite tools, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent illustration experience
  • Experience building and maintaining a graphics/illustration library
  • Proven experience creating illustrations by manipulating CAD with basic authoring tools to create a variety of technical drawings, illustrations, exploded views, etc
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience in collaborating with teams to manage expectations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Photography and Video Production skills a plus
  • Minimum 2 years experience in technical Illustration
  • Ability to be creative, flexible and innovative to create engaging content
  • Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable
  • Valid Passport, able to travel abroad
