Position 80s

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in preparing minutes, consents, resolutions and other corporate documents.
  • Maintain and keep current all corporate minute books and other corporate records of the Company and approximately 150 domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
  • Assist with acquisition and financing transactions and other matters including due diligence and closings.
  • Assist in maintaining the Legal Department’s document database.
  • Assist with administration of Corporate Compliance training programs.
  • Assist with NDAs, commercial contracts, reviewing documents.
  • Assist with maintenance of patents, trademarks and other IP issues.
  • Assist General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and other Company personnel with other matters.

Qualifications

Are You Qualified?

  • Strong planning, prioritizing and organizing skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple issues.
  • BA/BS degree and have law firm experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, plus problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate work product
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, independently, as well as collaboratively, and operating under tight deadlines
  • Very strong computer skills, a good working knowledge of standard office technology and equipment, and general office procedures.
