You will serve as a Human Resources Associate, supporting the North America Human Resources organization.

     

     

     

    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what are volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    Provide administrative support for staffing and onboarding drills, including:

    • Assist in pre-employment drills that include coordination and scheduling daily interviews, candidate notifications and ensuring reference and background checks are completed
    • Track and proactively complete administrative duties pre and post job offer for candidates in applicant tracking software (iCIMS & Workday)
    • Assist on date of hire responsibilities that include U.S. immigration standards/I9 documentation and ensure new hire completion of onboarding documentation
    • Create offer, transfer and/or promotional letters as well as new hire packages and ensure all proper documentation is on file in a timely manner 

    Responsible for accurate and timely data input and maintenance of HR information system (HRIS), examples include:

     

    • Ensure all new hire data is accurately and timely entered into the HR information system (UltiPro/WorkDay)
    • Complete all administrative duties surrounding contractor onboarding and offboarding within UltiPro/WorkDay
    • Upload all North America HR documents into the HR information system (UltiPro/WorkDay) 

    Contributes to overall HR service delivery at Solera by:

    • Assisting the North America HR team in ensuring HR processes and procedures are adhered to
    • Create and distribute North America resignation exit interviews and separation letters
    • Ensure human resources records are accurate, confidential and reported on in a timely manner
    • Provide other HR Administrative support as required

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

    • Post-secondary education in Business and/or Human Resources Management is preferred;
    • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in an administrative and 2-3 years high volume pre-employment and onboarding;
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
    • Proficient at an intermediate to advanced level with MS word, Excel and Power Point;
    • Ability to work with a high degree of discretion and tact in handling confidential matters;
    • Detail oriented and accurate in execution, ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision;
    • Ability to use good judgement and shows initiative;
    • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
    • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, maintains a positive frame of mind and sets an example of professionalism for other employees;
    • Proficient at learning and utilizing new computer programs;
    • Experience with Ultimate Software’s UltiPro, iCIMS and MS SharePoint considered an asset;
    • Ability to sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard; and Ability to remain alert and focused during the work day.
