    At R3PI, Solera’s Innovation and R&D Team, we are a group of dedicated and disruptive innovators who are committed to building the future of Solera. We wake up every day hating what we did yesterday, so that we can do it different today and change the world around us. We operate like a greenfield startup environment and build our software incrementally, iteratively, and continuously (agile, kanban).     Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Responsible for setting the Digital Garage marketing strategy and overseeing its execution.
    2. Work closely with Solera Sales and Marketing Teams to position Digital Garage in broader Solera messaging, sales materials and go-to-market strategy
    3. Work with OCEO, GAM and other senior Solera stakeholders to establish an account-based Digital Garage marketing/packaging strategy to address needs of key accounts

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • STRATEGY: Set overarching strategy and mission for R3Pi Marketing in-line with business goals
      • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
      • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of R3Pi’s Digital Garage offering and customer activities
      • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
      • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
    • MANAGEMENT: Oversee execution of strategy through line management of R3Pi marketing team and contribution to the customer product roadmap management
      • Supervise marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; provides guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
      • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts including communicating the marketing plan internally
      • Oversee social media and content marketing execution
    • ONBOARDING SOLERA: Co-ordinate and execute a strategy for ‘on-boarding’ Solera organizations to leverage Digital Garage as an ‘umbrella’ Solera solution offering
      • Define strategy for internal positioning/messaging to Solera business organizations and end customers
      • Work closely with R3Pi customer product roadmap management to prioritise ‘onboarding’ activities
      • Plan and execute campaigns for internal promotion, launching of new product packaging and features
      • Work closely with Solera organisations to position Digital Garage within their sales and marketing operations to end customers
    • ACCOUNT BASED MARKETING: Work with Solera organization Sales leadership, OCEO and GAM to prioritise and target Key Accounts and maximise user base.
      • Collaborate with Solera senior executives, identify new business opportunities
      • Provide tools and materials to enable the Solera sales teams to effectively market R3Pi offerings, including Digital Garage
      • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
      • Execute consistent networking to represent R3Pi to other Solera business organizations


    Are You Qualified?

    • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
    • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations
    • 4+ years’ experience in a corporate management role
    • Proven experience as Marketing Director in a global technology organization
    • Proven experience of marketing campaign execution
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
    • Excellent leadership and organization skills
    • Analytical and creative thinking with exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
    • High competence in project and stakeholder management
    • Experience with digital marketing, including social media marketing and content marketing
