Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed.  You will serve as the Scrum Master.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. A coach and facilitator; critical role in ensuring team building within the Agile squad; Primary objective is to ensure that the scrum team/agile squad is successful; May handle more than 1 agile squad; Driver of the key agile practices within the squad.
    2. Ensure team is involved in rough effort estimation and has all skills to deliver working software; Remove impediments and facilitates the Scrum process/events Scrum daily, Scrum Planning, Scrum Review, Scrum Retrospective and Scrum Refinements); Scrum team resources management
    3. Review and maintain JIRA board input; Collect all retrospective


    Additional responsibilities of this role include:

    • Solid problem-solving skills, supported by a logical, methodical and thorough approach to implementation.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
    • Very good people manager to detect blockers and find ways of resolution in teams


    Are You Qualified?

    • At least 6 years of experience as Scrum Master
    • In depth knowledge of agile methodology
    • Agile – Scrum Certification
    • High level of English is mandatory
    • High Agile expertise coaching teams (minimum 3 years)
    • Excellent academic qualifications
    • A degree in a numerate or scientific subject, or business management, or equivalent professional experience
    • Experience with structured project management methodologies (eg. Agile)
    • Experience of the Technology Engineering or Automotive industry as a Project Leader role
    • Passion and commitment to quality and targets
